Data requested

Names and identifiers of calendars visible and selected in your Google Calendar interface, plus upcoming event title, start date or time, event status, provider identifier, and Google Calendar event link. Birthday information is read only when it appears as an upcoming event in an authorized calendar.

Why MemoryPing uses it

• show up to ten upcoming events across calendars you selected in Google Calendar;
• let you open an event in Google Calendar; and
• let you review, edit, and explicitly confirm a separate MemoryPing reminder based on an event.

Intended minimum permissions

• openid — obtain a stable Google account identifier so credentials stay attached to the correct connection; MemoryPing does not request Google profile or email scopes;
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.calendarlist.readonly — list calendars available to you;
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events.readonly — read events without creating, editing, or deleting them.

MemoryPing does not create, modify, or delete Google Calendar data. Event content is fetched on demand and is not automatically stored. If you explicitly confirm a MemoryPing reminder, the approved reminder message and time are stored as ordinary MemoryPing reminder data.

Data requested

Message and thread identifiers, labels, sender and recipient addresses, subject lines, timestamps, message bodies, and attachments needed to identify user-facing reminders. MemoryPing may let you narrow processing by label, date range, sender, or another visible filter when those controls are available.

Why MemoryPing uses it

• identify bills, bookings, deliveries, renewals, deadlines, and follow-ups;
• show the supporting email beside a suggestion so you can verify it;
• create reminders only after your confirmation; and
• answer questions about email information you asked MemoryPing to use.

Intended minimum permission

• openid — obtain a stable Google account identifier without requesting Google profile or email scopes;
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly — read Gmail messages and settings without sending, modifying, or deleting mail.

Data requested

Only files you deliberately select or share with MemoryPing through a Google file picker, including file name, type, modified time, provider identifier, and selected file content.

Why MemoryPing uses it

• search selected PDFs, documents, and personal reference material;
• extract dates, commitments, and facts for suggestions you review;
• answer questions using selected documents with source attribution; and
• refresh selected content when you request or permit synchronization.

Intended minimum permission

• openid — obtain a stable Google account identifier without requesting Google profile or email scopes;
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file — access only files you select, open with, or explicitly share with MemoryPing.

MemoryPing does not request access to every file in your Google Drive for this connection.

Data requested

Your basic Notion identity and workspace information, plus page titles, page content, database schemas, properties, and records only from pages or databases you authorize during the Notion connection flow.

Why MemoryPing uses it

• search notes, projects, and databases you selected;
• surface deadlines and action items;
• suggest reminders that you can confirm; and
• answer questions with links back to authorized Notion sources.

Intended capability

Read content and basic identity only. MemoryPing does not request permission to insert, update, or delete Notion content for this use case.

Data requested

Your basic Microsoft identity and, for the Microsoft services you choose to enable: Outlook message metadata and content, calendar names and events, and OneDrive file metadata and content. MemoryPing separates these features in its interface so you can understand what is being enabled.

Why MemoryPing uses it

• identify Outlook bills, bookings, deliveries, and follow-ups;
• show meetings, deadlines, conflicts, and daily briefs from your calendar;
• search permitted OneDrive documents and extract reminder candidates; and
• answer questions with links or identifiers pointing back to the source.

Intended minimum delegated permissions

• openid — obtain a signed stable Microsoft account identifier without calling the Microsoft Graph profile endpoint;
• Mail.Read — read Outlook mail without sending or modifying it;
• Calendars.Read — read calendar events without modifying them;
• Files.Read — read files the signed-in user can access;
• offline_access — maintain a connection you approved without asking you to sign in for every sync.
